After spending 30+ years in corporate, state and not for profit organisations (mainly focussed on training and development), Malcolm has an extensive understanding of how to create and provide high quality technical and vocational learning to meet the current and future skills needs of organisations and of the individuals themselves. He is also a passionate speaker and writer on the subject of leadership transformation drawing on not just his academic knowledge but lessons learnt from his experience as a CEO of micro to global organisations and as a member of various Boards of corporations and not-for-profit bodies.
